Snapper is the owner of Hillsboro Brewing Company in Hillsboro and the board chair for the 2026 season. He has been a board member since the Chamber’s founding in 2022.

Karri is the owner of the Blue Highway Lodge, a unique resort just outside of Hillsboro. When Karri and her husband moved from Madison to the Lodge in 2020 they quickly fell in love with everything the area has to offer – especially the welcoming community, the natural beauty, and the recreational opportunities for hiking, biking, and kayaking. As a business owner and a resident, Karri feels that a strong local economy and a vibrant downtown will attract more visitors and increase opportunities for residents to live, work and play in Hillsboro.

Dana is employed as an HR Business Partner by Ornua Ingredients North America, a prominent business in the Hillsboro area. She and her husband also own JCS Electric LLC. As the previous Executive Director for the Hillsboro Chamber, she has a strong understanding of the organization’s work and positive impact on the community. She leads with a hands-on approach, and her experiences representing both a large and small business give her a well-rounded perspective of local business challenges and opportunities.
